Hi there! My name is Chris and I'm one of the co-founders of a young, energetic new tech startup from Melbourne, Australia called Studio Ninja and we help photographers from all over the world run and grow their businesses using our CRM software. Go to www.studioninja.co to learn more.

We are 2 co-founders in Australia, 12 developers in the Ukraine, 4 customer support people in the Philippines, a designer in Melbourne and now we are on the hunt to hire our first marketing/relationship building/business development superstar to join the team at Studio Ninja!

YOUR ROLE
– Develop and strengthen relationships with partners such as photographers and complimentary products and services and reach out and develop relationships with new partners
– Enhance our reputation in the industry through media outreach (get us featured in reputable podcasts, blogs, groups, etc)
– Develop original, high quality content for our own marketing channels such as blogs, articles and podcasts
– Create regular posts and run monthly competitions for our social channels
– Organise events and schedule meetings between directors and potential partners and customers
– Help to build a fun, positive and supportive culture within Studio Ninja
YOUR SKILLS
The right person MUST have the following:
– Previous experience in a marketing or relationship building role.
– Awesome writing & communication skills (fluent in English).
– Work independently and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
– Take ownership of your own deadlines and tasks.
– Be computer savvy and a little nerdy.
– Be happy, clever and helpful.
– Have great problem solving skills.
– A high attention to detail.
– MUST use positive, happy language.
– Great time management skills.
– BONUS: Passion for the photography industry and a sense of adventure
YOUR HOURS
This is a part time role and ideally we would love this person to work 5 days a week, 4 hours per day.
YOUR SALARY
Your salary will be AUD$20,000 p/year (part time), paid fortnightly, plus sick leave, holiday pay and bonuses. You can work from wherever you like.
Training will be provided and there will be a LOT of room to grow as our business grows.
