Your main responsibility is to respond to customer queries via email or chat in a timely fashion with a personal touch. We don’t need someone who sounds like a robot as we have an in-house bot to do that for us.
We are looking for a rockstar CSR who is smart, tech-savvy, loves to chat, energetic and has a desire to make our company succeed and our customers happy! If this sounds like you – we want to get to know you!
Shifting – 42 hours a week
Manage customers queries and concerns over email or online chat to resolve their questions or concerns
Responding to queries in a timely and thoughtful fashion.
Delight customers by providing customer service that creates a high level of customer loyalty resulting in repeat business, great reviews and word-of-mouth recommendations.
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to make them feel happy and thrilled with our product.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools and applying our SOP’s
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Profile & Qualifications:
Must be Filipino
Ateast 1 year online customer service role particularly in chat or email setting.
Knows how to communicate in a casual and friendly tone. You must speak like a native English speaker.
Must be tech-savvy and comfortable working with web-based applications.
A great team player
High attention to detail
Exceptionally quick learner
Fluency in verbal and written English – Impeccable grammar and communication skills
Strong reliable internet connection and preferably with back up internet

Amenable in working with shifting schedules and weekends
Ability to connect and personalized a message to customers
Smart and tech-savvy
Shopify experience would be a big plus
Knowledge in international shipping and courier would be an advantage.
