#HOURS & PAY#

Pay will be agreed upon privately and depends upon experience, performance during the trial and other factors.
#EXPECTATIONS#
*Great Communication Skills*
I expect everybody on our team to treat both customers and fellow team members professionally and politely and honestly. It's fine if your English level is not amazing, as long you can communicate clearly, professionally and effectively.
*Going the Extra Mile*
We’re not looking for somebody who does the bare minimum of work required. We’re looking for somebody who does what it takes because that’s just the way they’re wired. That means going the extra mile at all times because accepting a low standard is unacceptable to you.
*Extreme Ownership*
We are a results-oriented business. I expect everybody on the team to take ownership of their tasks and duties, and to get results without complaining or making excuses. I'm always here to help everybody on our team and provide the support you need to do your job well, but I don't micromanage so you will be expected to deliver the results, and to do a careful job.
*OPEN DOOR POLICY*
I ask that everybody on our team is honest and direct with each other. We embrace constructive criticism, we question authority and the standard way of doing things, and we constantly challenge each other to evolve and find better ways to do things.
Bringing problems and inefficiencies to our attention is ENCOURAGED and actually vital for our growth and evolution. We're all on the same mission to help our customers so mistakes, problems, errors, and criticisms are encouraged. If you're the kind of person who is shy to tell the boss that something is wrong or incorrect, this is not the position for you!
Thanks for your time!
