Looking for a Philippine-based, long-term virtual assistant who is available to work 5-10 hours/week.
I am currently looking for a dedicated and efficient VA whom I can rely on to run multiple businesses day to day operations and clients are being taken care of so I can focus on growing the business.
Our businesses:
PRINTING PRESS (all Philippines-based)
We are a digital and offset printing press that has established clients already.
Usual tasks:
* Ad posting
* Inquiry responses: emails, facebook page, instagram
* Coordination with suppliers: emails
* Pick-up and delivery bookings (lalamove, transportify, grab)
* Ensuring that deadlines are being met
* Creation and sending of quotations and invoices (Google Docs)
* Facebook/Instagram
* Email management
* Delivery coordination
DESIGN STUDIO
Web Design and eCommerce Development Business catering to clients in the Philippines and abroad
* Coordination with clients and suppliers
* Ensuring our Upwork hires can deliver tasks on time and with high quality
To be successful in this job, you must have:
* Punctuality with the committed time
* Good eye for quality work and service
* Good customer service
* Smart phone for booking apps (lalamove, transportify, grab)
* Efficiency and care for the business
