We are looking for an individual who has experience managing the design, development and release of desktop software. We are building a new web browser using a contract developer and a team (graphic design, developers, admin, etc)  in the Philippines and want someone to professionally manage all stages of development (requirements gathering, design, development).

Ideally the candidate would have experiencing managing a desktop software project. The candidate should also be extremely organized and help keep us on track. We're really looking for this person to bring the organization and methodology to help us get this done on time using our team and contract developer.
