.xls in AWS S3 to Mail Chimp API add to subscriber automation – Upwork

We have excel spreadsheets that contain names and emails that get uploaded to an AWS S3 storage.  We need some type of automation/script/etc that can take this .xls file in s3 and have the emails & names added as new subscribers and tagged in mail chimp.

We need this to run using AWS and the mail chimp api only.  we don't want an external processor.

Please let me know your proposed cost for doing this.
