I'm currently a real estate investor and educator in the United States.
We generate thousands of leads per month and I'm looking for an Inbound/Outbound Call Setter that will do the following:
* Take incoming calls and filter calls to then be forwarded to our closers
* Follow-up with clients
* Make warm and cold outbound calls and generate leads
* Make offers over the phone and follow up
* Talking to real estate agents, answering questions regarding our properties and forwarding information
—– And much more
All candidates MUST have the following:
* PASSION for the phones
* FLUENT in speaking ENGLISH (this is a MUST)
* VERY FAST internet connection
* Able to work FULL TIME from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm (PST), Monday through Friday
* Basic knowledge of Excel, Gmail, and general ability to use Windows-based software
* This is a PLUS: Prior work experience in the Philippines for any of the following companies in the customer service telephone areas: Dish Network, AT&T, Sprint, Verizon FIOS, Bank of America
*most of all, a GIVING and GRATEFUL ATTITUDE
We will provide the scripts and training on all software and procedures.
You will be paid a FIXED RATE for hitting the quota
(starts at $185 per week, then $250 per week after the training and grace period)
PLUS, a generous commission on every transaction that you referred that closes successfully
PLUS, weekly bonuses and incentives for hitting MORE THAN the quota
