We are seeking a market researcher to build a picture of market segments and sub-segments who regularly experience time without mobile coverage across Philippines including on the water.
The report should include quantifiable and anecdotal detail on who long & how often an individual experiences mobile disconnect.
End goal is to build up a total number of people not being well served today by mobile communications because of lack of coverage and where these people are going and what they are doing. Total number will be constructed as the addition of various market segments.
It is expected the candidate is currently resident in Philippines.
