Job Description:
• Responding to daily customer inquiries through support tickets, live chat, and phone calls.
• Following up on customer interactions, maintaining existing customer relationships and increasing customer loyalty.
• High salary for qualified applicants
Requirements:
• Excellent English written skills & reading comprehension
• Excellent English verbal communication skills
• Must have completed at least two years of college education
• High school graduates are welcome to apply, if with at least 2 years BPO related work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer support
• Experience working with support systems such as Freshdesk & Zendesk
• A private space to work from at home as well as high speed internet and a reliable PC
• You must be internet savvy
