RE: Email Customer Service
We are in need of an experienced jewelry customer service representative who can help communicate by email and chat with our customers. Excellent English is a requirement.
Currently we are adding approximately 100 new Jewelry customers per day. We need a customer service agent, preferably with a jewelry background or experience that can help communicate with customer about questions, shipping, returns and cleaning.
A eastern Asia is preferred (Philippines), excellent spoken and written English a must. Hour are both day and night, depending on whether it is email or chat support. Customers are mainly Americans. There is no selling required, these are already our customers.
