Call Center Agents for Lead Generation – Upwork

We are currently hiring for experienced lead generation agents for a telemarketing campaign.  This has been a long term campaign and we are looking to add more agents.  This is a full time position, Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm EST.  All calls are within the US and we are contacting OPT IN patients that have requested to receive medical brace supports, such as back, knee, shoulder, hip, ankle and wrist supports.  In order for the patient to qualify, we must check to see if their insurance qualifies them.  There is no out of pocket expense to the patient if they qualify.  This is a legitimate campaign and we are a legitimate company.  All agents must speak clear and fluent English with no accent.  Must have good comprehension skills.  Good internet connection is required, along with quiet work environment.  Headset required.  We will provide access to dialer and data to call.  All calls are recorded and all agents are monitored for quality assurance.  You will be assigned a manager, auditor, processor and IT support that you will communicate with daily.   Agents have the ability to work remote or work within our center.  If working in our location we provide full benefits, holidays, salary, etc.  Agents must be reliable.  No call, no show, excessive tardiness is grounds for immediate dismissal.   All agents are required to maintain quotas to continue on a weekly basis.  We expect all agents to be compliant and professional and adhere to HIPPA regulations since we work in the medical industry.  We pay per lead and any agents meeting minimal quotas will be provided a basic salary in the form of a bonus.  All good leads are paid out at P500.  A lead is considered good if the patient agrees to receive and they are qualified by their insurance.  Agents meeting minimal quotas will be given a bonus of P500 daily.  Pay is weekly.
This campaign is only for agents EXPERIENCED in medical braces.   Agents not able to meet minimal quotas will be immediately dismissed.  We provide training and offer daily support to agents.  Please send resume and voice recording sample.  If you are interested in working in our facility then we are located in Cebu, Philippines.
