scope of work and Questionnaire (pls answer the following)
1. must have strong background in Customer Service WITH A CONSTRUCTION BACKGROUND WORK RELATED ONLY.
2. outbound/inbound calls & emails from clients, vendors, sub-contractors, estimators and team members
3. Assist Construction Manager on daily Activity thru emails & phone calls
4. must have computer, Microsoft excel and telephone or cell phone for outgoing and incoming. we will be using vonage for calls.
5. we are strict on attendance and will use computer snap shot to make sure you are on your desk during work hrs.
6. work hrs 9am-6pm Seattle Time or 12pm-9am Philippines time. 40hrs a week. see time zone difference
7. we preferred candidate not to have other projects due to work performance.
8. hire candidate will start $3.75 p/hr. raise to $4 after 30days with $150 bonus (must work 160hrs in a month). bonus every quarter on attendance and productions
