We need a freelancer who can work as a Marketing Associate for Anytime Fitness Thailand. He/She will be reporting remotely to our regional office in Manila, Philippines, and will be working closely with our social media agency based in Bangkok, Thailand.
He/She should be capable of speaking Thai, and will need to have an eye for creativity and effective local marketing. Our agency creates our monthly content, but the Marketing Associate will have to approve/ request to revise the content that they produce — from social media artworks to videos.
The marketing associate will also have to look for brand and corporate partners for Anytime Fitness Thailand. It is important that these brands and companies are in line with the brand's standards and values. He/she might be required to meet with these partners from time to time during negotiations and/or renewals of these partnerships.
The marketing associate's mandate will always be national. Anytime Fitness Thailand has 6 locations in the country and he/she will not manage the marketing of those locations.
KPIs:
– 2 National Brand Partnerships per month (x-deals only)
– 1 National Corporate Partnership per month
– Approve/proofread the materials created by the national digital agency
– Give suggestions on how to improve the marketing of the brand as a whole
– Translate materials/documents created by him/her that need to be posted on our internal dashboard
– Translate separate projects from other regional departments (separate cost)
– Report to the regional office monthly
Proper onboarding will be done for the chosen candidate.
Payment is on a per month basis (US$ 300/month)
