This will be a full time job to the right candidate.
Requirements:
2-3 years solid salesforce.com experience
APEX development experience
* Able to conduct stakeholder workshop meetings to define requirements
* has strong Apex/Visualforce customisation experience
* Be able to understand current business processes
* able to document functional and technical specifications
* can design a solution using force.com platform
* extensive customisation experience using Apex/Visualforce/PHP/MYSQL
* Preferably certified with a 401 or 501 certificate
* 1+ year Apex/Visualforce development
* Strong implementation/Architectural experience
