We are in need of some serious Back Link Builders. The qualified candidate must answer following questions. Copy pasted cover letters will be considered as spam.
1. How Many Links Can You Do [Per Hour]?
Forum Posting [on at least PR3 domain, dofollow/nofollow doesn't matter]
Social Bookmarks
Directory Submission
2. We need you to be available GMT+8 or UTC+8, are you available at these times?
3. This will lead to a long term full time project so each applicant must attach a complete report for their past work not older than 5 months [attach an excel spreadsheet].
4. Add the word "HUBS" at the start of your cover letter otherwise you will be rejected and will not be considered in future.
All applicants must have at least 1 hour worked on oDesk. I just want to make sure that if you're hired, you already know how to use oDesk Team Tool.
I once again repeat, be very very relevant to answers, if you will not answer those questions or ignore instructions you will be considered as spam applicant, also do not send large cover letters be specific and to the point.
