• someone on a FULL-TIME Basis on a MONTHLY payroll.
• someone who can work MONDAYS TO FRIDAYS, 10hours per day.
• someone who will work on MY TIMEZONE, GMT+8
• a person that will be available at ALL TIMES during working hours via skype.
