Website re-designing from wordpress to multi platform site – oDesk

I need a website to be redesigned from an old format (static wordpress site) to a new format (dynamic). I need a website that can be viewed on both internet mobile smart phone and tablets. First job will be a trial. If the quality is satisfactory then another two websites will be offered as well as maintenance.

You will have to be highly skilled in wordpress, video imbedding, SEO, Facebook integration, blog production, instragram integration, and other such tools.

I'm only interested in applicants from the Philippines due to time difference.

Must have at least five yrs experience with website design & two years on ODesk. Please provide examples of work done.
