I am looking for a fast and creative coder who can turn a PSD design into a website default theme. The project is halfway done so you just need to continue the remaining task.

I also need you to make an event where the contents of the bottom part of the homepage will change based on the clicked image.

Knowledge about UI and graphics design is a PLUS but not required.
