We are looking for someone who will design/layout a real estate website from scratch. The site need to be designed in a professional way and user friendly.
Responsible for creating the look and feel of World Wide Web pages for a client's Web site.
Developing a graphic design that effectively communicates the ideas being promoted by the Web site.
Take part in the initial planning of a Web site, discuss ideas for the layout and organization of the site, the types of colors or images to use (photos, illustrations, videos, etc.), and other matters concerning overall graphic design.
Required Skills:
? Must be highly creative.
? Excellent knowledge in using different web designing tools.
? Excellent knowledge with the latest web design trends.
? Expert using Adobe Creative Suite products, most importantly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash
? PHP development knowledge and experience preferred
? Experience with Dreamweaver, InDesign, HTML/CSS (JavaScript, PHP and jQuery a plus)
Desirable Skills
? IE 6-9, FIreFox, Chrome and cross browser support
? Exposure to requirement analysis

? Knowledge in Real Estate
