Hi, I have a client who's looking for a web designer to create a website and maintain a website for him. The website is should be similar to this one http://www.rentantigonish.ca/. This website would be for Landlords only. They can post as many properties (different addresses) as they like.
The tenants need to be able to communicate better with the potential tenants right away.  So an idea is to have a live chat running who helps you find places and contacts the landlord for you and gets back to you.

Budget: $500
