Job Description

Excellent English skills are required as you will be interacting directly with me both through verbal and written communications.

Tasks will include :
some coaching and motivation
setting up and helping with goal achievement
managing a results oriented action plan (what is results and what steps need to be done)
daily communication of progress (must be available daily, not once in a while)
setting up and managing my schedule daily (monday- friday)
make me accountable for following through with things I need to do
managing schedules in google calendar
arranging appointments
appointment reminder calls
social event recommendations
calling people and companies by telephone
check and respond to emails
internet research
posting on Facebook
data entry
I'm sure there is more so you need to be versatile

A vital key to this job is to be able to daily organize my life and help me get things accomplished.

MUSTS:
Speak and write english fluently
Be available sometime between 9am-5pm EST
Start any project within 24 hours of assignment
Be able to do work with minimal supervision
Be able to figure thing out on your own
Have excellent organizational and time management skills
Have reliable internet connection and phone (skype is fine)
