Communication Planning Develop and lead implementation of specialized communication plans, strategies, and tactics that are aligned with business goals Coordinate employee communication programs and activities with senior management as needed Review internal publications  Manage release of company-wide announcements, memoranda and other correspondence to the general employee population  Conduct special projects to support departmental and/or organizational goals Act as consultant for content development, form and media used in internal communication materials, ensuring that strategies and messages are aligned with overall corporate strategy Communication Systems Maintenance Develop and maintain systems and processes to ensure effective communication within the global enterprise Manage and develop communication channels such as the intranet and its content Feedback Management Design, develop and monitor effectiveness of employee feedback systems and activities such as campaigns, roll outs, company meetings, focused-group discussions, etc. to build company culture and employer brand Manage company surveys such as the Employee Satisfaction Survey and special surveys by request
