The main duties of the VA will include:
1. Using web to find/research possible customers for our business by posting online ads on various online media.
2. Transcribing info into a Google Doc spreadsheet and or Microsoft Excel spreadsheet document.
Required Tasks:
· Must be very creative in designing online ads to be posted at various online media.
· Must be extremely proficient at Google search and online media.
· Must be resourceful in searching for other websites that will be of great help in promoting the ads you designed and created.
· Must be able to quickly find contact information on potential-customer websites and on external websites.
· The ads must catch the attention of potential customers with speed and precision.
· Must keep the ads afloat by updating it daily.
· The ads should always be posted on the first page of every online classifieds list.
Our company is engaged in buying, selling and leasing real estate properties. Information about the properties that the VA will market will be emailed to him/her. All they have to do is draft online ads for that property and do extreme marketing by posting it on various online classified websites. The more websites, the better.
Please note that they are allowed to post only our own contact information in any of our ads.
There is no required number of hours. Our goal is to have as many online ads as possible that attract clients/customers. We pay by the month you work for us (fixed).
