I would like someone to help me recruit SEO staff from the Philippines.
You will be provided with the exact system to follow and we also provide the recruiting website details.
You need to be able to speak good English.
Here is what is required:
Filter and select suitable candidates from our recruiting website.
Contact about 20 best suitable people.
Send them an Email and check if they are interested in our job.
Check incoming Emails and they review applicants details.
Send a 2nd Email and ask for more details.
Review responses and further filter applicants.
Phone them and have a conversation.
Also speak to them in English and check English skills.
Phone some of their references.
Make a shortlist of the top 3 applicants and send this to me with your recommendations.
(All the Emails are provided – you just have to send them out and review the responses)
I will pay $2.50 / hour for a maximum of 20 hours. Estimated hours required = 10 to 15.
