Korean Customer Service – oDesk

The person will be responsible for customer service of an English learning website for the Korean customers. The person will handle customer support through email and occasionally through chat and calls in the Korean language. Customers service will mostly be composed of handling navigation questions, feature questions, and requests/complaints.

The candidate should be a Korean native speaker and should have excellent English skills. He or she should be able to log in at a consistent time each week day and provide customer service. He or she should also be able to easily learn website features and navigation.
