Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent. With at least two (2) years of experience in training and/or media production, preferably related to appropriate/low-cost media and non-formal education With at least one (1) year experience in the administration of training programs Must have above average scholastic records Good in written and verbal communication;  proficient in English and Filipino languages Can prepare/write training modules Can facilitate seminar-workshops Full-Time positions available.
