INSTRUCTIONS
– You need to write 100,000 words the entire month.
– You will work for five days a week but will be given lesser word count requirement of a maximum of 5000 words.
– You need to meet AT LEAST half of the word count quota every two weeks.
– Your schedule will be given so please manage your personal errands accordingly.
– Turnaround time depends on the clients’ requirement. In most cases, there is 24-hour turnaround time.
PAYMENT TERMS:
– USD$250.00 PER MONTH (non-negotiable)
Payment will be every 15th and 30th of the month
You will be given a bonus if you meet the quota of 50,000 words ONE WEEK before the end of the month.
– If you want to ask for extra assignment, you will be paid at a rate of USD$0.25 per 100 words.
– There will be a salary deduction equivalent to your Daily Wage Rate for an unexcused absence and a Final Warning. Once you incur another unexcused absence that will merit an automatic termination of contract.
– If you do not meet the word count quota on a weekly basis, you will be paid at a rate of USD$0.25 per 100 words and you will be informed if you may continue the contract or not.
*Unexcused Absence – You will be tagged as Unexcused Absence if you failed to send a notification of your absence at least 5 hours before the deadline of submission unless otherwise the reason is a matter of life and death situation.
