Personal Assistant for Small Business – oDesk

Hello!

I am an entrepreneur based in Michigan and looking for a virtual assistant to help with aspects of my business.

Including:

– Researching potential business partners/emailing them on my behalf
– Email management/response
– Email tech support
– SEO, writing, misc.
– Managing social media accounts
– Article Marketing (writing articles)
– Social media marketing/evangelism of brand

The number of hours you work directly relates to the quality of work you do, the more great work you do, the more money you make me, the more hours you get.

I would say starting out it will be 10 hours per week.

Preferably located in the Philippines:

– Must have great English skills
– Must be a hard worker
– Must be responsible
– Must be willing to work above and beyond to see to our joint success
– Loyal

Payment will be performance based as well, I will give bonuses when things are going good and you are making us both more money.
