VIRTUAL ASSISTANT, TRANSCRIBER, RESEARCHER
IMPORTANT:
You must be able to work between the hours of 8AM and 6PM Philippines during weekdays and be prepared to do 40-60 hours per week. Please take a moment to read the requirements.
Candidates from the Philippines only will be considered.
Requirements for personal and professional assistant assignment:
– Must speak and write English well (knows Tagalog as a second language)
– Must be able to transcribe audio instructions
– Can do web research efficiently
– Able to write good articles
– Assist other providers in the completion of tasks
– Write up daily progress reports and keep an open line of communication with me throughout the day with problems or tasks that need to be taken care of
– Able to type at least 50 wpm
– Must be proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Google Apps including Gmail, Google Docs, Maps, Calendar, etc.
– Exceptional computer skills, good organizing and planning skills
– Ability to understand, and execute complex written and verbal instructions
– Able to maintain business confidentiality
The tasks of this position will vary slightly from week to week. I am looking for someone that can offer good response time and provide high quality assistance. If you pride yourself on your work and are willing to grow with me and my companies, please apply for this position.
The bid must not exceed $1.50/hr including oDesk fees.
