Responsibilities:
1. Develops applications using various programming language such as PHP, and C,C++ programming language.
2. Prepares functional requirements, technical design and program specifications based on requirements and approved standard procedures of the Company.
3. Undertakes system investigation activities, collates and analyzes gathered information to form a preliminary design which will be presented to the Project Leader and users for approval.
4. Analyzes newly-designed application systems for linkage and data exchange with existing applications; develops a system of interface between old and new systems. When necessary, arranges group meetings to assess the overall impact, benefit and disadvantages of the new system.
5. Develops a detailed design and identifies the system’s input, output, databases, tables or files and key fields. Prepares program specifications.
6. Codes, compiles and tests application programs based on specifications.
7. Monitors the status of the application system during its implementation phase.
8. Completes and updates the documentation of application programs, written or modified.
9. Evaluates and tests new or modified software programs, Websites, Web application and development procedures used to verify that programs function according to user requirements and conform to establishment guidelines: Writes, revises, and verifies quality standards and test procedures for program design and product evaluation to attain quality of software economically and efficiently.
Requirements:
• Graduate of a Bachelor's/College Degree in (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• Must have excellent spoken and written English with ability to effectively communicate programming issues and business processes.

For PHP Developer:
• Advanced Proficiency Requirements: HTML, XHTML, PHP, JavaScript, ActionScript 2 or 3, Cascading Style Sheets, XML, AJAX, MySQL and Unix/Linux
• Intermediate Proficiency Requirements: VBA, Macromedia Flash
• Able to demonstrate the above skills via submission of the following-projects reference sites-Screen shots of HTML capability-AJAX functionality implemented-References-Tertiary qualifications-Relevant industry experience
For C#/C++ and Visual Basic.Net Programmer:
• 1 year of work experience in Visual Basic .NET including the use of program “classes” and creation of DLL’s
• Network programming (TCP/IP, sockets)
• Multi-threaded programming
• Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Ability to integrate functions in API
• Object Oriented programming
• Microsoft SQL / MySQL database Server
