The Communications Specialist assist the Branding & Communications Director in implementing external and internal communications programs tied to the over all business strategy and the specific target audience. Both communication programs should touch/cover various company events, philanthropic activities, PR activities, government –related affairs, BPO organizations, company participated contests or competitions and brand management. He/She coordinates all media requests. To qualify for this position, you must have the following: Graduate of any 4-years course on Business Management, Communications, Integrated Marketing and Communications, Liberal Arts, Marketing., Journalism and organizational Communication 4-5 years working experience in an advertising agency or PR companies either as a copy writer or public relations or communications specialist,  Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and print/imaging/editing  Knowledgeable in software applications (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat reader etc) is a plus Knowledgeable and experienced in handling any of the communication platforms i.e, internet, intranet, focus group discussions, copy writing, newsletter writing, feature writing/publishing of articles, blog writing and writing of business correspondences  Familiarity with Google Analytics and Webtrends is an advantage  Familiarity with search engine marketing, including SEO techniques and keyword research  Social media marketing and forum/discussion moderation  Experience in online advertising is a plus  Knowledgeable in and up-to-date with the latest Web marketing strategies  Exceptional analytical skills Strong PR and networking skills an advantage Excellent in oral and written communication.  Analytical and customer-driven
