I do not have a project in hands right now, but I'm pre-selecting developers with experienced on virtuemart to work on projects for several of our clients, as we are doing to magento developers on our previous job posted.
Developers need to be compromised, dependable, and have in mind that we are looking for a long term relationship. There are 4 development types we are looking for:
1 – Development from scratch.
2 – Development using PSD files provided by clients.
3 – Development from existing templates, customizing colors to client's specifications.
4 – Development from existing templates without any additional customization (basic installation and setup).
