We are looking for a new or established outbound call center to enhance our Lead Generation needs. We are a 12 year old communications company in the USA that represents all major phone carriers.
Agents must speak excellent English and available to work 7-8 hours per day, approx 8 am to 4 pm, Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
Our company will pay an hourly payment to the provider to cover base salary costs to employ the agent. A generous commissions and bonus plan is also provided as performance incentives for the provider and agent to achieve financial objectives.
Agents will be calling over 250 US companies a day while using a very short script. Previous experience in Telesales or Telemarketing calling into an English speaking market is required.
Agents must average 5 to 7 leads a day as qualified by our company. On-line interviews will be conducted with each agent via Skype and training will be provided by our company.
Agents must be proficient in using a computer and knowledgeable with auto-dialer, Skype and IM communications.
