We are looking for someone in the Philippines to work two hours a day from 10pm to midnight (Philippines time), to manage our staff of about 10 people. The main task is checking to make sure they're being productive by looking at www.AgentGuardian.com and their Time Sheets in BaseCamp. You will also need to make weekly reports to keep the founder of the company updated on how the staff are doing, if they have enough tasks, etc.
You can also help with strategy for the businesses (we have about eight online companies, all on fun topics), and new tasks for the staff.
The pay is $2/hr for two to three hours per day.
