I"m in need of a Customer Service Rep (Phone Support) who is available during Eastern Standard Time, 10am-5am at least 3 times a week. It could be any day within the week. Days will be decided by the buyer not the contractor depending on the need. You will be informed in advance. Pay is $2 per hour excluding oDesk fees. All applicants asking more than that will simply be declined.
Requirements:
1. Background in BPO
2. Excellent English skills
3. Superb customer service skills
4. Quite background as you're handling phone calls
5. Stable internet connection
6. Philippine contractor only
