I am looking for a customer support agent that can work between 9 am EST and 5 pm EST Monday-Friday. You will be responsible for sending emails, responding to phone calls and communication with other employees. Some of the employees you talk with will be from China and the Philippines. You will need to be online via skype for communication when you are working. You also must have excellent english skills (written and spoken). We are looking to hire someone very soon.
