We are an expanding Australian business in the Financial industry looking to build a solid network of Filipino based call center workers. This could grow to up to 100 employees in the near future.
We require an experienced manager who can help with Recruiting, training and managing these workers.
You will be required to have excellent English skills, and have experience managing people, preferably in the banking and finance sector. Sales experience is also a benefit but not a must. Other experience that may make you more valuable for the role include accounting, administration, sales, performance management, and motivating and coaching. This is a work from home role, Monday – Friday 730am-430pm.
