I have several sites that used to rank high for several keywords. With the fall of BMR together with the rollout of Penguin, my sites fell in the rankings. They're still indexed and I haven't done any SEO on them after Penguin. Now, I'm looking for a professional that can bring back their rankings.
I'm fairly knowledgeable with SEO so I know what works and what doesn't. I'm looking for experts that have experiences with bringing back the rankings after the Penguin penalty. So as not to waste your time and mine, please include what you're planning to do for SEO. You need to have a solid plan.
Please note that the sites have unique, high-quality content and on-page SEO is already done so you only need to do off-page SEO. I only have budget for 10 hours a week so please indicate your plan for 10 hours a week.
