Requirements:
• Higher education;
• More than 3 years of experience in Information Technology recruiting;
• Good knowledge of your local IT job market;
• Understanding of basic IT concepts;
• Experience of interviewing candidates in English is a MUST;
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills;
• Creativity and ability to find non-standard solutions to problem situations;
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
• Ability to communicate with English-speaking clients.
Responsibilities:
• Recruiting (headhunting, active search) of senior/middle level IT specialists in your area;
• Interviewing candidates in English;
• Creating reports;
• Follow up on offer & joining.
