We are currently looking for a remote assistant holding Engineering degree to support our business.
Initially we would employ one candidate for 3 weeks trial. During these trial weeks the candidate would mainly provide e-mail assistance that includes communication with our technical writers and clients.
During first 10 days of trial the candidate would be asked to learn in detail all work standards for future application at work. The candidate will be asked to pass a test before we continue trial.
If the candidate is successful (worked successfully for 10 first days and passed the test) – after 3 weeks since the beginning of trial the candidate will take more responsibilities and his/her salary would increase accordingly by using his/her assistance for more tasks.
The candidate will be paid for each appropriate e-mail sent during the trial, even if was unsuccessful for the second part of the trial and future work.
Additional tasks besides e-mail answering will be given to the candidate during the test weeks, these will be paid by agreement separately. Candidate will be judged on successful, timely and responsible handling of all tasks during the trial period of time.
Assistant’s essential requirements:
An Engineering Degree
Very high level of written and spoken English
No spelling mistakes are allowed in correspondence
Available for support 24/7
Available for long term work
Good customer services skills and experience in this field
