I am willing to start the rate at $2/hour gross as a START but this is only a test so I may remove you immediately if you won't perform. I am willing to increase your rate up to $4 and higher in our discretion if you are deserving.
I also want you to know that I will not entertain applicants who don't have Odesk working Experienced and GOOD Client Feedback's. I prefer to hire those who has at least 4.40 odesk score. Don't apply if you aren't qualified as I will not entertain you.
