I am currently running an outsource service agency; "Servisol". I have already made quite a presence in Odesk, and I'm planning to expand outside to a bigger market, preferably covering every freelance directory while building a steady relationship with clients for recurring projects outside the freelance directories.
In line with my expansion, I have cut my ties with my previous contractors, and I'm planning to start a brand new team of professionals to grow together with Servisol. I will be keeping close contact with each and everyone of my team members, and will be looking at long-term, on call relationships with my contractors.
