Good day with the Lord Jesus Christ Grace! I am looking for a HTML and javacript programmer that can turn any psd file into a complete, clean and organize html file. The website also includes a javascript menu. I want this project to be done fast. Prior to hiring please answer the following questions.
Are you capable of converting psd file into html file (clean and organize)?
Can you create a html file that uses no CSS or CMS?
