WordPress Theme Designer – oDesk

We need someone to design and update our WordPress sites.  Must be a really good designer, and MUST MUST MUST use Artisteer and Photoshop or Photoshop Elements. Must speak perfect English – we are looking for someone from the Philippines who can work with our other happy Filipino team members.  Our budget is $3.50-$5.50 per hour, about 10-15 hours per week, sometimes more. Long-term contract.
