We are a Web-Development company based in Munich/Germany looking for an excellent WordPress Developer/Designer on a ##long-term basis## (6months & more).
This job offer is intended as a kind of ##test phase/project## to help our company select the right employee. To make things clear: You will be paid for this job whether or not you want to work with our company in the future. If we are impressed by your work however then you will get the chance to work with us full time on a long term basis.
For this job you are required to ##build a Website based on WordPress## for a local sports team. This will require the following skills:
Excellent English written & spoken (Skype Calls required)
WordPress
*Install WordPress on Server
*Install Themes and all sorts of Plugins
*Edit Themes for minor changes in color & appearance
*Extend WordPress functionality (via Plugins) so that:
#Social Contents are dynamically implemented in the site via widgets/sidebars. These social contents are: Facebook comments, posts, likes. Twitter tweets, YouTube videos, favorites etc.
#Filesharing of simple documents, videos, pictures. e.g. as attachments on posts or articles is possible
#There is a Private member area. Only registered and authorized members can read specific articles and download the files of the above Filesharing system if attached to private articles.
#There is a Simple but visually attractive Lightbox-like photogallerys plugin
It should be obvious to you we require all this being done without Adobe Flash 😉
We have not chosen a fixed price project because we want to see how far you can get in 10 hours. If your work is good we may extend your working period if you wish.
You have to communicate with us on a regular basis. We require short but clear status updates of your progress. (E-Mail)
