Assist in the closing of selected accounts for color, and troubleshooting problems related to color management. Conduct hands-on demonstration of all the color machine models to educate the sales and service people on the use of Fiery Image Controller. Handles all the printing requirements of the different color machine models for use in sample kits, trade shows and exhibits. To ensure that all service calls from color customers are attended/responded within two (2) hours. To ensure that Technical problems of all color machine installations are resolved within 24 hours. Review machine performance of all color machines in field and recommend steps, modifications to improve or maintain its good working condition. To compile data on common machine problems per model of all color machines and monitor progress on modification and projects implemented in relation to this. Assist in the review monitoring of spare parts usage of color machines to maintain correct stock level and spot potential problems. To conduct technical training on machines for Service Engineers to enhance further their technical skills on color machines, color adjustment, color profiling and network connectivity.
