The ideal candidate will manage the actual stage of sample development and creates design concepts and ensuring that the goals of the projects are met at a specific seasonal timeline as required. Manage initial costing and estimation procedures during the sample development stages. Offers advices and recommendations to solve problems and enhance the manufacturability of the products. Responsible to support the Senior Designer from Italy as needed to complete the seasonal collection packages. Further, the incumbent will provide support to the production department in relation to work process, method and applications.   Manage the development of footwear designs from initial concept through sales samples to production confirmation of assigned projects with supported guidance on technical issues. To work under the direction of the Group General Manager to create products that are feasible and market relevant.
