• Reporting Work • Ensure that all collaterals are within the corporate visual identity set by a specific business unit under the A.P. Moller –Maersk Group and the general guidelines of Desktop Publishing.• Proactively give feedbacks, initiate follow-ups, communicate delays and offer explanations to stakeholders. • Manage issues, exhaust all possible fix and escalate to appropriate desks for resolutions of issues.• Regularly review all outputs for any errors or mishaps.• Ensure smooth and complete handovers of tasks to backups.• Develop and improve intranet sites as per request of Maersk offices around the whole APMM organization.• Ensure that standards that are being implemented on all outputs are up to date. • engage in discussion with team members for any inconsistencies and errors• Stakeholder Management• Establish and maintain good relationships with stakeholders through constant communication and business partnering• Encourage stakeholder participation in the Customer Satisfaction Survey• Training and Development• Proactively learn how to use new and existing systems and tools • Participate in available and relevant business and systems trainings• Process Excellence• Proactively look for efficiencies in new and existing reports and processes• Drive and support PEX projects and improvement initiatives• Promote best practice sharing within and among teams• Managing Growth• Actively promote Analytics and suggest how to expand current tasks
