We are a US-based company who is in the real estate industry.  We buy distressed/abandoned, problematic properties and we are looking for a top notch, highly skilled Outbound Sales Agent/Appointment Setter with at least 3 years of extensive telephone sales management in a call center environment.   Ideal applicant must meet the following criteria:

1. Spanish and Native English skills
2. Strong experience in persuasion selling and conversational skills
3. Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
4. Above average customer service skills
5. Someone who has an outgoing extrovert personality
6. Sales training experience preferred

Salary Offer:  Base pay at $4 per hour + sales incentive
Work hours:  CDT/ Weekend coverage
