We are looking for a Philippines resident to act as the Company Director of an LTD company to be incorporated in the UK.
The company will be an ecommerce company, selling retail products worldwide (clothes,
toys and beauty products).
As a director and a shareholder, your initial tasks will be:
â— incorporate the company in the UK
â— appoint yourself as a director and shareholder of the company
â— open a Transferwise account for the company
â— open a Revolut account for the company
â— open a PayPal account for the company
â— open a Stripe account for the company
In addition, day to day operations you’ll have to execute typically include:
â— recruiting people when needed
â— customer support (mail and phone)
â— logistics and fulfillment of orders
â— run the company
â— keep a record of decisions and write down minutes
This is an ongoing, long term job with a monthly fixed payment.
